About

I'm a software developer from Saint John, New Brunswick. I’ve always thought that creating software was special. In what other industry are you able to build something from nothing for free? The reach is infinite - once built, software can instantly be used by people all across the globe! I enjoy both front-end and back-end software development as I take pride in creating a visually appealing and user friendly front end. Whereas, I enjoy using logic to solve complex problems with back end development.

When not building software, I enjoy playing hockey and skiing in the winter time and boating and hiking in the summer.

Prop-Man

I created Prop-Man.ca initially as a way to find students in my neighborhood who are looking to earn some money to mow my lawn for me periodically when I am too busy to do so myself. It is meant to bridge the gap for people like myself who don’t need to hire out a large company for mowing the lawn all season long, but would like help from time to time when summertime events come up. Prop-Man.ca is great for students looking to earn some extra money as it provides them a simple way to advertise to their neighbours that they are looking to mow some lawns.

As Prop-Man.ca grows, I am looking to provide more value to its users by providing other software tools to help make home maintenance easier. Keep an eye out for an upcoming release which will help keep track of maintenance schedules for items around the house and provide information on how to get the maintenance completed.

I wanted to validate market fit for a SAAS product that I wanted to create quickly with as little cost as possible.
